This is a full-time position.
The hours for this position are 8:
30 am to 5:
00pm (or 8 - 4:
30pm) Monday through Friday.
Qualified candidates will be organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple projects, and be team oriented.
Automotive office experience necessary.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Deal breakdown and posting Submit all Extended warranty Contracts and pay appropriate Vendor each month to ensure customer coverage Reconcile schedules monthly Assist in phone reception as needed DMV submission and follow up Requirements:
Automobile Dealership Experience Computer Proficient:
Comfortable with MS Office and Google programs 2 years previous auto accounting experience required Excellent Communication Skills Positive Attitude, team player Ability to pass background check and substance screening
