Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Maintain and organize office files and documents - Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette - Plan and coordinate office events and meetings - Manage office supplies and inventory - Ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using various office software, including Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience in human resources tasks, such as employee onboarding and record management - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally - Ability to manage schedules and coordinate appointments effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in clerical tasks Note:
