Welcome and greet all patients and visitors Schedule and confirm patient appointments Register patients and verify insurance eligibility Collect payments through various software systems Utilize phone system, fax machine, printer, copier and scanner for all office functions Maintain a clean and organized front office appearance Other general administrative office duties Document management Medical records management Various tasks assigned by Practice Manager Work well in a Team environment Ability to handle difficult patients Medical Terminology helpful Hours Monday-Thursday-- 8:
