7-3 Responsibilities of a Housekeeper:
Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Sanitize surfaces and maintain a hygienic environment in resident rooms and common areas.
Collect, wash, dry, and fold linens and personal clothing items.
Ensure proper handling and distribution of clean laundry.
Assist with room turnovers and setup for new residents.
Arrange furniture and ensure rooms are welcoming and comfortable.
Properly dispose of trash and recyclables.
Maintain cleanliness in waste disposal areas.
Communicate effectively with residents and staff regarding housekeeping services.
Report any maintenance issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications of a Housekeeper:
Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
