This is an on-site position in our Middlebury office.
We are looking for a full-time phone operator, from 8am-4:
30pm Monday through Friday.
Qualified candidate should have minimum of one year of healthcare receptionist experience, or equivalent experience in a customer service setting.
Candidate should consistently exhibit exceptional customer service while maintaining professional conduct.
Must demonstrate superb written and verbal communication skills to patients, providers, and colleagues Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answer inbound calls with curtesy and respect - Schedule, cancel, reschedule appointments - Verify demographic and insurance information - Investigate patient inquiries - Work with colleagues in a professional and collaborative environment Job Type:
