As a Senior Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for handling complex litigation matters, managing cases from inception to resolution, and providing strategic advice to clients.
You will also be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients.
We provide fee sharing on client originations
Responsibilities:
Manage complex litigation matters from inception to resolution Develop case strategies and provide strategic advice to clients Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs Handle all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to requests for production, interrogatories, and requests for admission Conduct depositions and represent clients at hearings and trials Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide exceptional client service Maintain a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
Qualifications:
Must be licensed to practice in CT, with NY OR MA preferred Minimum of 3
years of experience in litigation Tech-savvy with proficiency in legal research tools and software Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Strong attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality If you are a highly motivated and experienced Senior Litigation Associate looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic legal team, we encourage you to apply.
