We are searching for a self sufficient, motivated and dedicated, full time Administrative Assistant to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of our office.
At least 2 years experience in a social services environment preferable.
The duties of the Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:
Perform daily administrative support to our billing, payroll and finance departments.
Experience with Sandata/EVV software a plus.
Periodic support for front desk.
Assist with tasks requested in support of the Executive Director.
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, scans and forms.
The ideal candidate would possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Organize their tasks using Microsoft Office to include MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, as well as QuickBooks and office equipment.
Ultimately, the Administrative Assistant would ensure high level support in the day-to-day business of the the organization.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
